O'Loughlin's Hotel Of Portlaoise Hits The Market For €850k

O'Loughlin's Hotel of Portlaoise has hit the market as a going concern with a guiding price of €850,000.

As reported by The Irish Independent, the premises is comprised of a two-star, 23-bedroom hotel with a bar and restaurant as well as a ground-floor retail unit which currently generates a yearly rental income of €13,200.

"A Strong History Of Trading"

Commenting on the sale, Isobel Horan of Cushman & Wakefield's hotel division said, "We are delighted to bring O'Loughlin's Hotel to the market, which has a strong history of trading in Portlaoise. We expect strong interest for this centrally-located hotel."
