Permission Granted For Additional Hotel Rooms At Proposed Ronan Tower

Developer Johnny Ronan has been granted permission to add an extra floor to the tower building he is planning to construct on Dublin's Tara Street.

The extra floor will increase the room count of the building's hotel component from 107 to 157, but it will not increase the proposed 88-metre height of the tower.

Construction Timetable

Demolition works required for the tower's construction have commenced and Ronan is hoping that construction work will be finished by the fourth quarter of 2021.
