Pre-Tax Profits Rise At Dublin's Marker Hotel

Pre-tax profits increased 26% at Dublin's Marker Hotel to €5 million last year.

Meanwhile, the hotel's revenues rose 6.4% to €21.7 million; its average nightly room rate rose to €252; and its occupancy rate was 82.1%.

Revenue Breakdown

€14 million of The Marker's €21.7 million 2018 revenue was generated from rooms, with €4.3 million coming from food, €2.1 million coming from drinks and €1.3 million coming from other aspects of the business.
