Profits Increase 10% At Dublin's Portmarnock Hotel

Profits increased 10% to €340,000 at Dublin's Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links last year while turnover rose 17% to €11.1 million, according to newly-filed accounts for the venue's owner, US property group Kennedy Wilson.

The Irish Independent reports that the firm's directors noted, "Following the completion of an extensive refurbishment programme in 2017, the resort continues to increase revenue and achieve higher profits.

"The directors remain confident that the trading position of the resort will continue to improve over the medium- to long-term with the upgraded resort amenities."

Up For Sale

The news comes less than a month after the Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links hit the market with a guide price of €50 million.
