Profits Rise More Than 15% At Dublin's Morrison Hotel

New accounts filed for Swift Row, the company that operates Dublin's Morrison hotel, have revealed that the venue booked sales of €12.2 million last year, up from €11.1 million in 2015.

According to The Irish Times, gross profit at The Morrison, which operates under Hilton's Doubletree brand, increased over 15% in 2016, with net profit rising to almost €1.5 million from €1.3 million in 2015.

The boost in the hotel's performance resulted in a €1.5 million dividend for Russian business woman Elena Baturina, who acquired Swift Row from the National Asset Management for approximately €22 million in 2012. The €1.5 million dividend is up threefold from €500,000 in 2015.
