Profits Rise At Ballymaloe House Parent Company

Accumulated profits at Yeats Room Ltd, the firm that operates Co. Cork's Ballymaloe House Hotel, rose to €2.24 million last year.

The Irish Independent reports that new accounts for the company reveal it recorded modest profits of €3,262 in 2017, following profits of €71,478 in 2016 and €24,238 in 2015.

Employment And Cash Pile

The number of people employed at Ballymaloe House rose from 48 to 51 last year with staff costs coming to €1.7 million and pay to directors decreasing from €425,759 to €408,920. Meanwhile, the company's cash pile increased from €761,476 to €769,865 during the 12 months to the end of October, 2017.
