Investment fund Quanta Capital has acquired Co. Wicklow's Kippure Estate.
The 300-acre estate, which includes Kippure Lodge and 24 self-catering houses, is a popular wedding and corporate events site.
According to The Business Post, the estate was sold to Quanta Capital by the Kyne family for an undisclosed sum.

The Kyne family has owned the estate since the 1980s.
Plan For The Future
A plan for the estate's future is now being created. It may be converted into a Center Parcs-style resort run by a hospitality operator.
