Tipperary Golf Hotel On The Market For €2M

The Ballykisteen Hotel and Golf resort in Co. Tipperary has been placed on the market with a guide price of €2 million.

The Irish Times reports that the hotel, which is situated on 114 acres of farming hinterland, is on sale for a fraction of its previous value.

The four-star hotel encompasses 40 bedrooms and suites, with balconies overlooking the Des Smyth golf course. John Hughes of CBRE is handling the sale.

The hotel, located within 6km of Tipperary town on the Limerick to Waterford road is a popular resort for weddings. The hotel also features a bar, restaurant and meeting room.
