Kathleen Linehan, strategic director of human resources at Trigon Hotels, said, “We were overwhelmed and honoured to win ‘HR Team of the Year’, especially as we were up against such a wide variety of businesses. These awards are a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our work and acknowledge the value HR strategies can bring to the success of any business. The hospitality industry, along with other industries, have had to navigate some real challenges over the past few years. We adapted, were innovative, and made positive changes for both our local community and all the team members across Trigon Hotels. I am fortunate to work with a great HR team, and I was delighted to see their efforts acknowledged, along with every single member of our teams across all our properties who embrace everything we do to champion good working lives and inclusive working environments.”
