According to its listing on Property.ie, the property is 2,265,120 square feet, or 210,437 square metres, in size and is a residential ecotourism centre that is situated in a 52 acres estate and includes an activity venue, a hostel, a B&B, two chalet blocks of private bedrooms, an accommodation block divided into two separate units.
The Boathouse
The Boathouse of Lough Derg Holiday Resort, Annacarriga, Killaloe, Co. Clare, is being sold via GVM Auctioneers for €450,000.
According to its listing on gvmauctioneers.ie, The Boathouse has full planning permission for a restaurant and associated services, and also has much potential for a possible conversion into a single or multi-purpose residential property or apartments.
