Two Irish accommodation venues have hit the market.

The Central Hotel

The Central Hotel of Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim, is being by private treaty via D.M. Auctions Ltd for €175,000 in excess.

The property's listing on dmauctions.com states, "The old 'Central Hotel' in need of total refurbishment for sale by private treaty.
