Wetherspoon Completes €27.4 Hotel And Pub Development In Dublin

Wetherspoon has completed a €27.4 million hotel and pub development on Dublin's Camden Street Upper and Lower.

Number Of Staff And Bedrooms

As reported by The Irish Independent, the newly-completed venue, which is called Keavan's Port, will employ approximately 200 full- and part-time staff at its hotel and pub.

The new venue's hotel has 89 bedrooms.

Single Largest Investment

The C scheme venue is the single largest investment in Wetherspoon's 41-year history, and includes eight Georgian houses, seven of which are protected structures, a chapel and a modern extension.

Planned Opening Date

At present, Wetherspoon is aiming to open the new Dublin Keavan's Port venue on January 15. The venue's manager will be Fillip Mordak, who previously managed Wetherspoon venues The Forty Foot in the Dublin suburb of Dún Laoghaire and The Silver Penny on Dublin's Abbey Street Lower.
