Plans Revealed To Replace Belfast's Rotterdam Bar and Pat's Bar With Mixed-Use Development

According to a public note published by The Belfast Telegraph, there are plans to demolish Belfast's derelict Rotterdam Bar and Pat's Bar, which sit back to back on the city's Pilot Street and Princes Dock Street, so that a "mixed-use development comprising apartments, a restaurant, a retail unit and bar/café" can be constructed in their place.

The plans also include a proposal to revamp the public space next to the two bars.
