Café En Seine To Host Chef Mark Moriarty And Mixologist Cal Byrne

On Thursday 13 April, Café en Seine in Dublin is hosting a once off "Savour Magnificence" dining and cocktail experience brought to the venue by two renowned innovators from the culinary and mixology industries.

Cal Byrne And Mark Moriarty

Luxury Spirits Brand Ambassador and 2021 World Class champion Cal Byrne is collaborating with Diageo's chef in residence, Mark Moriarty, to create a four course cocktail and food pairing menu, showcasing serves from premium spirit brands; Tanqueray, Ketel One and Roe & Co. at the Café en Seine restaurant and bar.

Bespoke Cocktails And Unique Dishes

Byrne will create bespoke cocktails to pair with Moriarty's unique dishes comprising of sweet and savoury, drawing on the influence from the different flavour profiles of each spirit pairing.

Course Components

Guests can expect courses such as a seasonal compote of lamb shoulder paired with a Tanqueray "Mariner Martini", and a sweet course featuring a Ketel One"‘Coffee & Milk" cocktail paired with a vanilla mascarpone blackcurrant dessert.

Booking And Time

Consumers can now book tickets for the event, with tickets including four-course tasting dishes paired with four cocktails and tickets to the Loft Bar after-party. The event will run from 6.00pm until 8.00 pm.
