C&C To Open Brew Pub On Dublin's Camden Street

Bulmers cider manufacturer the C&C Group is planning to open a new brew pub on Dublin's Camden Street within the next two months.

The new venue, which will be a pub and working brewery, is currently being readied for launch within the walls of the former Camden De Luxe Hotel, which housed the Palace nightclub.

"Partnering With A Pub Chain"

Speaking to The Sunday Independent, C&C CEO Stephen Glancey said, "We're partnering with a pub chain and they will run the downstairs, and upstairs there will be a brew pub.

"We wanted to have somewhere in Dublin where people could go and sit and experience [C&C's Five Lamps lager] and drink it. The brewers will be there, we'll make the beer, we'll sell the beer."
