Chrissy D's pub of Bray, Co. Wicklow, is going to auction on May 30 with a guide price of between €1.4 million and €1.6 million.
As reported by The Irish Independent, the pub, which is located on Vevay Road in Bray, includes a ground-floor lounge, public bar, galley kitchen, office and stores as well as a first-floor function room, dispense bar and catering kitchen.
Vendor And Auctioneer
The pub's vendor is DLH Investments Ltd and it is being auctioned by John P Younge Auctioneers.
