According to its listing on property.cushmanwakefield.ie, Project Abbeygate is being sold by private treaty, and, in addition to the Electric and Garden and Halo nightclubs, includes apartments and retail accommodation, and its buildings extend to approximately 4,048 square metres, or 43,564 square feet, in total over a number of levels.
