The former Copper Bar and Grill of Sandyford, Dublin, has hit the market with a guide price of €700,000.
The 11,098 square foot property is located on Blackthorn Road in Dublin 18 and features a ground floor bar and catering kitchen, a first floor private function area, restaurant and kitchen, and basement storage facilities, as well as a beer garden.
An "Exciting Opportunity"
The Irish Times quotes John Ryan of commercial real estate services firm CBRE as saying that the sale of the property presents potential purchasers with an "exciting opportunity to re-establish a lucrative food and drink business within the densely populated Sandyford residential and commercial area."
