'Coppers', which is co-owned by former garda Cathal Jackson, also saw a rise in its cash pile, up from €51 to €54.8 million last year. The venue has six bars, two beer gardens, a cocktail bar, a private function area that can cater for up to 300 people and is open seven days a week.
