Cork-based chefs Hugh Jermyn and Tom Keaveney have launched a new consultancy firm for the casual dining market called Pub Grub Experts.
According to The Business Post, Pub Grub Experts will offer advisory services to pubs and other venues featuring casual dining facilities.

Keaveney explained, "We've seen the pub grub business grow enormously, but many businesses we see are underperforming. Putting in a kitchen, employing staff, designing a menu and allocating space to dining all cost money. We believe a lot of businesses can make small changes that will greatly impact the bottom line."
