Dublin Pub Uncle Tom's Cabin Hits The Market

South Dublin pub Uncle Tom's Cabin has hit the market with a guiding price in excess of €3.75 million.

As reported by The Irish Independent, the pub, which is located in the Dublin suburb of Dundrum, is being sold on behalf of owner Tony Collins, who is retiring following a lifetime of work within the licensed trade.

Property Features

Uncle Tom's Cabin is comprised of a ground floor public bar, lounge bar, compact catering kitchen facilities and a rear patio smoking area with former residential accommodation on the first floor and basement storage areas.
