Located at 1 Inns Quay beside the Four Courts in the city, the four-storey above-basement property also includes five short-term, self-contained rental apartments that have been adapted to the standards required for the Airbnb market, as reported by The Irish Times.
The Chancery Inn currently operates as an early-house pub, opening from 9am Monday to Friday and from 7am Saturday and, according to Colleran, the premises generates steady short-term rental income from the pub and apartments and "can be sold with full vacant possession".
