Dublin's Flowing Tide and Floods pubs have hit the market via estate agency Bohan Hyland & Associates.
The Flowing Tide
The agency is seeking offers in excess of €2 million for The Flowing Tide, which is located at number 9 Lower Middle Abbey Street in Dublin city centre. The property's basement and ground floor are occupied by the pub while its upper three floors feature 13 own-door type office suites that are individually let on short leases.
The Flowing Tide's operator's lease is due to expire in November. According to Bohan Hyland, the property has the potential to generate over €170,000 in rent.
Floods
Floods, which is located in the Dublin suburb of Kimmage, has a guide price of €975,000.
The property includes a ground floor public bar and lounge and a first floor self-contained function room.
