Dublin's Mount Merrion To Get New Pub And Restaurant

An Bord Pleanála has given developer Paddy McKillen Jr permission to construct a new pub and restaurant, as well as 50 apartments, in the Dublin suburb of Mount Merrion.

As reported by The Irish Independent, McKillen's new development will be located on the site of the existing Union Café and former Flanagan Kerins furniture store in Mount Merrion, which extends to 1.88 acres.

The site has planning permission for a pub/restaurant with a 119-space underground car park along with approval for up to 98 apartments.
