Dun Laoghaire's Baker's Corner Pub Acquired By The Loyola Group

Baker's Corner pub of Rochestown Avenue in Dun Laoghaire, south county Dublin, has been purchased for over €5 million by the Loyola Group.

As reported by The Irish Independent, the Loyola Group's pub portfolio includes Dublin venues the Leopardstown Inn, The Old Spot, The Bath and The Jar as well as The Cheeky Pup Pub in Quinta do Lago, Portugal.

Investment Property

Loyola's acquisition of Baker's Corner also includes an investment property known as The Forge, which is comprised of three retail units, two office units and three residential duplex apartments that have a combined rental income of more than €150,000 per annum.
