Five Pub Deals Have Recently Been Brokered In Ireland

Five pub deals have recently been brokered in Ireland by the leader of estate agency Lisney's licensed and leisure division, Morrissey's.

Dublin Deals

The Kestrel pub of Walkinstown, Dublin, has been listed as sale agreed for a figure that's greater than its €1.8 million, according to The Irish Independent.

Elsewhere in Dublin, Shanahan's of The Coombe has been purchased for a price that is understood to be more than its €700,000 guide price; an investor has agreed to buy Stoutman's pub of James Street for more than its €600,000 guide price; and an established publican has agreed to purchase Murray's pub in Kilmainham.

Tullamore Deal

Meanwhile, outside of the capital, it is understood that Gallagher's Manor of Tullamore, Co. Offaly, is being purchased by a local publican for more than its €250,000 guide price.
