The bar, on the Fonthill Road in Dublin 22, is being sold by CBRE which describes it as "a modern and extensive licensed premises which occupies a pivotal trading location immediately adjacent to the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre”.

The site comprises a ground floor lounge, a public bar, a large kitchen area and a separate off-licence area. Upstairs is a first floor level restaurant, currently being leased by Lemongrass Restaurant.
