Liffey Valley Bar On the Market for €3.25M

The Arc Café Bar situated in Liffey Valley in Dublin has been placed on the market for an asking price of €3.25 million.

The bar, on the Fonthill Road in Dublin 22, is being sold by CBRE which describes it as "a modern and extensive licensed premises which occupies a pivotal trading location immediately adjacent to the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre”.

The site comprises a ground floor lounge, a public bar, a large kitchen area and a separate off-licence area. Upstairs is a first floor level restaurant, currently being leased by Lemongrass Restaurant.

According to the Irish Independent, the property will attract investors looking to open a new bar but also offers alternative use potential as a office headquarters, car showroom or retail outlet.
