Lucan's Foxhunter Pub Put On The Market

The former Foxhunter pub of the Co. Dublin town of Lucan has been put on the market by real estate advisory firm Savills.

As reported by The Irish Times, Savills has suggested that the property will attract interest from retailers, forecourt operators, food and beverage providers, and speculators.

Abandoned Avoca Plan

The Foxhunter closed down in 2012 and was subsequently acquired by Avoca in 2014, with the company planning to convert the property into a new food venue. However, the plan was ultimately abandoned.
