As listed by Daft.ie, the former "O'Gradys Bar and Restaurant" is being sold via GMC Auctioneers for €375,000.
Scobys Bar of Main Street, Hospital, Co. Limerick, is being sold via Wheeler Auctioneers Ltd for €295,000.
The Monks Well Inn of Quin, Co. Clare, is being sold via O'Donnellan & Joyce with an AMV of €190,000.
Moloney`s Bar of Bruree, Co. Limerick, is being sold via GVM Auctioneers - Kilmallock.
The Village Yard licensed premises (formerly The Ramblers Rest) of 24 Church Road, Ballybrack Village, Ballybrack, Co. Dublin, is being sold via Bagnall Doyle MacMahon for €900,000.
Dempseys Pub of Cadamstown, Birr, Co. Offaly, is being sold via BidX1 for €125,000.
The Corner House of Pallaskenry, Co. Limerick, is being sold via GVM Auctioneers - Limerick for €250,000.
A licensed premises that has traded as a public house and includes an off licence with separate access from the street on Main Street, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary, is being sold via REA Seamus Browne Auctioneer & Valuer for €295,000.
A city centre bar and restaurant on Eyre Square, Co. Galway, is being sold via Heskin Auctioneers Ltd.
