O'Brien's pub of Nurney, Co. Kildare, is being offered for sale by auction by estate agency Vincent Finnegan in conjunction with Leinster Property Auctions.

Vincent Finnegan's website states, "O'Brien's is a well-known village bar and lounge with huge potential. The sole Public House in Nurnery, the property is located on the main road, just 6.5km from junction 13 on the M7 and 7km from Kildare town and the Kildare Village outlets.
"The property comprises a ground floor bar and lounge, overhead residential accommodation, beer garden, and an enclosed yard with numerous out buildings all on 1.16 acres/0.47 hectares. [It] is located within the development envelope for Nurney village and offers obvious development potential."

Offers in excess of €325,000 are being sought for the property.
