Profits Rose 52% At O'Donoghue's Pub Of Dublin In 2018

Profits increased 52% to €521,152 at O'Donoghue's pub of Merrion Row in Dublin last year.

According to The Irish Independent, O'Donoghue's (Merrion Row) Ltd's accumulated profits rose from €1.04 million to €1.56 million in 2018, while the company's cash pile increased from €2 million to €2.69 million and remuneration for directors decreased from €605,555 to €354,859, consisting of €154,859 in pay and €200,000 in pension contributions.

"Very Happy"

The Irish Independent quotes Carol Barden, whose family owns and operates the pub, as saying, "We were very happy with last year's trading in a very competitive market.

"We are very lucky to have a great hardworking team and a customer base that is a mix of locals and visitors."
