Redbreast Tasting Dinner Comes To Ashton's Gastropub

On Wednesday 3 May, Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey will take over Ashton's Gastropub in Clonskeagh to host a tasting and food pairing event.

Details

Following a sold out event last year, Gerard Garland, Irish whiskey ambassador with Irish Distillers, will host this event. Garland will share his whiskey knowledge at the event.

On arrival, guests will receive a Redbreast Whiskey Sour, followed by an aperitive of Redbreast 21 before sitting down for an amuse bouche of parmesan and goats cheese paired with a Redbreast 15. This will be followed by a three course dinner created by Ashton's executive chef, Darren McQuarrie, in collaboration with Garland. Each dish will be paired with an accompanying taste of a select Redbreast including Redbreast Lustau edition, Redbreast 12 Cask Strength, and Redbreast 12, with a Redbreast 27 to toast.

Tickets

Tickets for the event can be purchased via Eventbrite.
