The Tides Gastro Pub in Rosslare has been put on the market by joint agents CBRE and Kehoe & Associates on behalf of owner and soccer star Stephen Hunt.
According to The Irish Independent, offers in excess of €1.2 million are being sought for the two storey licensed premises, which was originally acquired and refurbished by Hunt in June of 2014.
The property encompasses 264 square metres with a ground-floor bar, restaurant, catering kitchen, keg stores and courtyard seating, and is situated in close proximity to Rosslare Strand and its adjacent car park.
