Terms Agreed For Sale Of Dublin's Old Stand Pub

Terms have been agreed for the sale of The Old Stand pub of Dublin's Exchequer Street, according to Irish Independent sources.

Speculated Price

Publican Eamonn O'Malley has been linked to the deal for the venue, which is being sold by owners the Doran family, and it is speculated that the price agreed for the sale is close to €3 million.

The sale of the pub is being handled by auctioneer John Younge.
