Three Irish Pubs Hit The Market

Three Irish pubs have hit the market via estate agency Sherry FitzGerald.

Killeen's Village Tavern

Killeen's Village Tavern, shop and residence of Shannonbridge, Co. Offaly, is being offered for sale with a guide price of €495,000. The two-storey property includes a pub, a shop, a seven-bedroom residence and a commercial kitchen.

The Yanks

The Yanks of Borrisokane, Co. Tipperary, will be put up for auction on April 3 with a €399,500 AMV. The property includes a bar lounge, a snug, a dining room restaurant, a function room, a commercial kitchen and residential accommodation.

Seahorse

Meanwhile, the Seahorse bar and restaurant of Tramore, Co. Waterford, is being offered for sale with a guide price of €250,000. The three-storey premises includes a bar, dining areas, a catering kitchen and a beer garden.
