Well-Established Food And Beverage Operator Agrees Deal To Lease Cork's Former Dali Nightclub

A well-established food and beverage operator has reportedly agreed a deal to lease Cork's former Dali nightclub.

Ceased Trading

The Dali nightclub, which is housed in Cork's former Pavilion Cinema and was known as The Pavilion Bar and Nightclub before it was called Dali, ceased trading earlier this year.

Deal Handler

According to The Irish Examiner, the deal with the venue's new operator is being handled by Cearbhall Behan of Behan Irwin Gosling including Downing Commercial.

Contract Stage

Behan said that the party with which the deal has been agreed is a well-established food and beverage operator, but declined to comment on the sum involved because, while the deal has been agreed, it is still at the contract stage.
