'World's Best Bar' To Set Up Shop At The Wesbury in Dublin

New York-based Irish bar The Dead Rabbit is setting up shop at The Sidecar in Dublin's Westbury hotel for five days at the end of the month (28 Sept - 2 Oct).

According to joe.ie, the residency will involve offering customers a cocktail menu created by beverage director Jillian Vose, as well as a selection of pub food dishes, such as Carlingford Lough rock oysters, traditional ham and cheese toasties, and the New York pub's signature Dead Rabbit burger.

The Dead Rabbit is run in New York by Belfast natives Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry, and has won a whole host of awards and accolades, including being named as the world's best bar in 2016.

Commenting on the upcoming residency, McGarry, stated: "The Dead Rabbit is an Irish pub, so having it in Ireland is going to be special. We're excited to see what The Westbury team have put together."

Reservations for The Dead Rabbit's residency at The Sidecar can be made via The Westbury's official website.
