A Greek Gem In The Heart Of Athens

By Dave Simpson

For readers of this publication who enjoy exceptional food and find themselves in Athens, the team at Hospitality Ireland can strongly recommended Liondi Traditional Greek Restaurant.

A True Find

This wonderful restaurant is a true find. Must have dishes include the slow cooked lamb, the restaurant's Moussaka and the grilled octopus. The food is only excelled by the warmth and passion of owner Stavros, who treats all of his customers as if they were long lost friends.

A Strong Love For Ireland

Starvros has a strong love for Ireland, having spent a number of years living and working in Skibbereen, and will readily recount the many similarities Greeks and Irish people have in common.
