Aramark Opens New Food Hall In Dundrum Town Centre

Aramark has opened a new food hall in Dundrum Town Centre after investing over €1 million, and signed an exclusive five year partnership with Poulet Bonne Femme and Kanoodle which will see 10 new outlets open over the next 5 years.

The food services company has opened the new food hall on level 3 of the shopping centre resulting, in the creation of 60 jobs, and has attracted the likes of Costa, Chopped, Fired Pizza, Gastro, Kanoodle, Poulet Bonne Femme and Subway. Aramark has also recently signed similar agreements with Freshii and Chopped and is part of the company’s strategy to support entrepreneurs in Ireland’s food sector.

Frank Gleeson, Aramark managing director for Northern Europe said: "Opening the food hall at level 3 in Dundrum is a fantastic endorsement of Aramark in Ireland and it is very exciting for us to be operating in such a prestigious location. We’re focused on providing visitors to the Food Hall with a new culinary experience which has a strong emphasis on healthy food served with flair. We’re bringing the Food Hall experience to a new level."

Matt Spalding, founder and director of Kanoodle commented, "We opened our first outlet just four years ago and today we are opening our 6th outlet in the Dundrum Food Hall at Level 3. We’ve grown very fast and our partnership with Aramark will help us accelerate our expansion plans."
