Avoca Permanently Closes Its Café And Shop In Letterfrack, Co. Galway

Food, retail and clothing company Avoca has permanently closed its café and shop in Letterfrack, Co. Galway, due to the impact of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic.

"Significantly Impacted"

Avoca told The Sunday Independent that it has been "significantly impacted as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic" and that it is taking "all steps necessary to protect the business".

"Restructuring"

The company said that it is assessing its other outlets on a "case-by-case" basis and "restructuring" a number of roles across it business, and stated that "unfortunately, this might result in some redundancies".
