Vegetarian restaurant Cafe Paradiso in Co. Cork has been named as the Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Ireland by the website Travellers’ Choice awards.
The restaurant, located in Lancaster Quay in Cork beat two Dublin restaurants to clinch the top spot; the Ross Lewis owned Chapter One and Brazilian eatery Sabor.
Speaking to the Irish Examiner, the Geraldine O’Toole, co-owner of Cafe Paradiso said: “The thing about TripAdvisor is that it is based on reviews on the people who eat in restaurants and not on what the critics are saying. That is what makes this award so special.”
