Domino’s To Create 600 Jobs Across Ireland

Domino’s has announced a major new recruitment drive to fill 600 roles across Ireland, as it gears up for the festive season, with 700,000 pizzas estimated to be ordered by consumers during this time.

The pizza company is seeking delivery drivers and in-store team members and pizza-makers.

Promotion Opportunities

All team members are trained in customer service and food quality, as well as on-the-job training for specific roles, including pizza chef.

Domino’s noted that the new roles offer flexibility, with plenty of evening and weekend shift work available, to fit around busy schedules, but also rewards, recognition, and promotion opportunities.

Career Development

Experience is not essential, as managers provide training for all levels, and there are opportunities for those looking for long-term career development.

With 90% of store managers starting out as team members, the pizza company noted that working for Domino’s represents a fantastic opportunity for ambitious job-seekers to enhance their skills in leadership and organisation.

Festive Peak

“As we approach a very busy period, with the festive peak, we are excited to announce 600 new roles with Domino’s across Ireland,” said Annelie McCaffrey, Domino’s managing director for ROI.

“With the acceleration of new-store openings this year, and as we plan for more in 2024, we are proud to be able to offer a range of flexible in-store and contract driver roles, which may be suited to those looking for additional employment opportunities, or to fit around study or family life.

“So, if the idea of being part of our world-class pizza team is up your street, then a role at Domino’s could be for you.”
