Chez Max Restaurant Of Dublin's Lower Baggot Street Sold For Almost €2m

The Chez Max restaurant of Dublin's Lower Baggot Street has been sold to a private investor for almost €2 million.

Extending to approximately 3,919 square feet, Chez Max hit the market with a €2.1 million price tag last February.

Rent

According to The Irish Times, the property produces €90,000 in rent, which would reflect a net initial yield of about 4.15% and a capital value of 50 per square foot.
