Eden Bar & Grill in Dublin has been put up on sale with CBRE quoting €2.2 million for the South William Street property.
The building consists of 287 square metres spread over ground and basement floors, seating for around 100 diners and a kitchen that opens onto the restaurant floor, according to The Irish Times.
The premises is currently being let to Jonathan and Tim Bourke of Zozimus Entertainments Ltd, with the company having signed a 20 year lease for the property back on April 1st 2012. The rent for EDEN, which describes itself as a “21st century belle epoque” restaurant, is currently 120,000 per annum.
Fiona Kennedy of CBRE told the Irish Times that they were expecting strong interest in the investment given that it was located in a thriving business area.
