Gino's Gelato, Bujo And Las Iguanas To Open At Former Central Bank

It has been revealed that Gino's Gelato, Bujo Burger and Las Iguanas will be opening new outlets at the former Central Bank building on Dame Street in Dublin, which is currently being transformed into a new complex called Central Plaza.

As reported by The Irish Times, the addition of these three outlets has brought the pre-leasing at the soon-to-be-completed Centra Plaza to 75%.

Gino's Gelato has become well known in Ireland for its ice-cream, crêpes and Belgian waffles, while Bujo's restaurant in the Dublin suburb of Sandymount has become a popular spot among burger fans, and Las Iguanas specialises in Latin American cuisine.

Other Food And Drink Plans

The three companies' Central Plaza outlets will join three different hospitality and dining venues that are being created in the building by hotel and restaurant entrepreneur Zafar Shah, including what will be the capital's biggest rooftop venue.

According to letting agent Mervyn Ellis of BNP Paribas Real Estate, more food and drink businesses will be announced for the building's remaining units later this year.
