Gourmet Burger Kitchen Commits to €3.5m Investment In Dublin

Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) restaurants in Dublin are set for a €3.5m refurbishment programme, following the announcement today (6 July) that the five outlets, previously owned by Master Burger Investments, have been snapped up by Gourmet Burger Kitchen Restaurants Ltd from the UK.

According to businessworld.ie, Gourmet Burger Kitchen Ireland currently have over 94 staff in full and part time employment across its premises at South William St, South Anne St, Temple Bar, Liffey Valley and Swords, which added that GBK Temple Bar is the first restaurant to undergo development and is due to reopen at the end of August.

The business will continue to be led forward by Ken Gilbride.
