Gourmet Food Parlour To Generate Up To 100 New Jobs

Restaurant chain Gourmet Food Parlour is to generate up to 100 new employment opportunities over the next 12 months with the opening of new venues in Skerries of Dublin and Salthill of Galway.

"A Lot Of Excitement"

Commenting on the fact that the Salthill venue is the company's first branch outside of Dublin, Gourmet Food Parlour managing director Lorraine Heskin said that news of its opening is "already creating a lot of excitement locally", as reported by The Irish Independent.

Established by Heskin and Lorraine Byrne in 2006, Gourmet Food Parlour currently operates eight venues across Dublin and employs more than 240 staff. Recruitment for head chefs, sous chef, chef de parties, baristas, catering kitchen staff and event specialists will be ongoing this year.
