Hotel Chocolat To Open New Dublin City Venue

Following the opening of its first ever Irish café in Dublin's Dundrum Town Centre last year, British chocolatier and cocoa grower Hotel Chocolat is now preparing to set up shop at 1 GPO Buildings on the capital's Henry Street.

According to The Irish Times, a rent of €170,000 for the new 170 square metre venue has been agreed between Colliers UK, which represented Hotel Chocolat, and Mervyn Ellis of BNP Paribas Real Estate, who is advising the landlords.

"A Premium Brand"

Hotel Chocolat was described as being "a premium brand" by Ellis, who stated that it is just one of many new brands expected to open in the capital in the near future.
