Killeavy Castle Estate Unveils Rebrand Of Its Award-Winning Restaurant

The team at Killeavy Castle Estate, in Armagh, has unveiled the venue’s latest culinary venture, Gullion at Killeavy.

The rebrand of the two-AA-rosette award-winning hotel restaurant aims to showcase the local-region offering, with the name giving a nod to its location, in the heart of the Ring of Gullion.

‘Taste Of The Estate’

Gullion at Killeavy will be serving up its ‘Taste of the Estate’ and tomahawk steak menus from Thursday to Saturday each week, changing with the seasons, celebrating the best produce available throughout the year.

On Sundays, guests can enjoy Slow-Roast Sundays, when Gullion at Killeavy offers all-day traditional roast and lunch options.

Farm To Fork

Longhorn cattle and Cheviot sheep are raised on the working farm at Killeavy Castle Estate, maintaining its farm-to-fork standards.

Executive chef Darragh Dooley, at the helm since the estate’s opening in 2019, will join forces with head chef Dario Percic.

With a commitment to sustainability, the restaurant plans to use as many local suppliers as possible.

‘Latest Seasonal Offering’

“The carefully curated menus, echoing the rich offerings of our working farm and local Irish suppliers, mirrors the vibrant story of County Armagh,” said Dooley.

“The restaurant’s name and design, thoughtfully crafted to celebrate our local surroundings, seamlessly integrate with the ethos of Gullion at Killeavy.

“We can’t wait to welcome guests and members of the local community to experience our latest seasonal offering from Killeavy Castle Estate.”
