Dylan McGrath Restaurants Record Combined Profits Of €136,482

Chef Dylan McGrath's Fade Street Social and Rustic Stone restaurants have recorded combined profits of €136,482 for last year.

Accounts indicate that post-tax profits at Fade Street Social, which is named after the Dublin street on which it is located, came to €82,160 last year, while separate accounts filed by the two venues' holding company, Prime Steak Ltd, indicate that profits at Rustic Stone, which is located on the capital's South Great George's Street, decreased from €65,900 to €54,322, as reported by The Irish Times.

Employment Numbers

Meanwhile, the number of people employed by Fade Street Social rose from 106 to 111 last year, while the number of people of employed by Rustic Stone declined from 70 to 68.
